Added Meditation

With this update, I added a way to regain HP by meditating. Currently looking to solve the issue that causes the enemies to be unable to attack the player when they are flying.  At the moment the game is a barebones island with endlessly spawning enemies. You can level up but all the logic behind combat, leveling, and stats are placeholders. I'll be cherry-picking things from Dragon Universe I think will work well, and since I'm not the best at game balance it'll be a journey.
