Added energy!

Added rudimentary Ki system. Right now it just drains when flying and forces you to land when it runs out. Can be regained by meditating or waiting a long time. I have super slow passive ki and health regen on atm, but the numbers need to be tweaked. Enemies still can't attack the player when they are flying.
